The product poses a risk of electric shock because : - the length of the cord between the mains plug and the first lampholder is too short (0.48 m), - there is only basic insulation on the soldered connections of the light sources, - the cross-section area of the core is too small, - the bipolar socket and the mains plug are of a non-standard type. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
