The product poses a chemical risk because violet polymer material on the top of the toy contains 0.16% by mass of di-n-octyl phthalate (DNOP), 26.7% by mass of di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), 0.14% by mass of di-isononyl phthalate (DINP), and the bottom of the toy's violet polymer material contains 0.30% by mass of di-n-octyl phthalate (DNOP), 23.6% by mass of di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), 0.42% by mass of di-isononyl phthalate (DINP). According to REACH Regulation, phthalates DEHP are prohibited in all toys, while phthalates DINP and DNOP are prohibited when the toy can be placed in the mouth by children.
