The product poses a risk of choking since the piece holding the bar and lever together comes apart from the toy and fits entirely into the small parts cylinder. The toy is clearly intended for children also under 36 months. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

Coloured helicopter in the shape of a whale with a stick to pull it. The packaging consists of a transparent plastic bag on which is written ‘TOYS’ and ‘Made in China’. There is a sticker on the bag with the CE mark and other information.
