The product poses a chemical risk because it contains 30% by weight of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP). According to the REACH Regulation, phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited when the toy or childcare article can be placed in the mouth by children.

Product description
The toy is a pink-coloured pony, or rather a unicorn, made of soft plastic. The toy has pink head, tail and horn. The packaging is a pink-coloured cardboard box, marked with the CE mark, a pictogram concerning the age 0-3-years old restriction, the name and address of the importer, the inscription: “Made in and the warnings: “Product not suitable for children below 3 years” and “Keep the packaging due to useful information”. This product is counterfeit.
