The product poses a risk of fire because if in case a tapping screw assembly attaching the base of the cooling unit to the rear panel of the cabinet becoming loose, vibrations during transit may lead to a leak on the valve screw connection and thus to gas leakage, which may subsequently give rise to a fire. Three fires incidents reported.
