This product poses a chemical risk because: - the valve contains 0,25 % by weight of di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and 18,9 % by weight of di-isononyl-phthalate (DINP), - the transparent plastic foil with printing contains 20,0 % by weight of DEHP. The content of phthalates in the toy exceeds permitted limits laid down by Directive 2005/84/EC. The product poses a serious risk for the health of a child.

Product description
Toy- inflatable swim ring of a shape of triangle is made from a softened PVC, size 62x65 cm. The bottom is white with safety warnings (blue printing) in various languages, the top is transparent with applied varicoloured circles. The product is packed in a paper box with a picture of three models of the product in the front, names of the product, warnings in various languages, age symbol of targeted group of children, EAN code and CE marking on the back. One sticker is in Polish and another one in Slovak providing the name of distributor, warnings and marking of product “športová potreba” (sport utility).
