The product poses a risk of choking as due to its appearance, colour and size, the product may be mistaken for a foodstuff. This may lead children to put it in their mouths and swallow it, which could entail the risk of asphyxia or obstruction of the digestive tract. The “pralines” fit entirely into the small parts cylinder. The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.

Effervescent bath "pralines" – four cuboid tablets: two blue and two white, wrapped in transparent cellophane closed at both ends by a dark blue ribbon with a self-adhesive label stating the following: "Pralines effervescentes pour le bain bleu, Brusende Badpralines Blauw", and a list of the ingredients, 55g.
