The product poses a chemical risk because:- the valve contains 0,42 % by weight of DEHP and 4,5 % by weight of DINP, - the black plastic foil contains 19,4 % by weight of DEHP,- the white plastic foil contains 20,4 % by weight of DEHP. According to Directive 2005/84/EC phthalates shall not be used in the toys and the products designed for a care for a child in concentration higher than of 0,1 % by weight. The product poses a serious risk for the health of a child.

Product description

A toy – inflatable whale is made from a softened PVC, the bottom is white, the top is black with warnings in various languages, size 213x109 cm. The toy is packed in a paper box with a coloured printing - a picture of the product in the front and marking on the back. The sticker in Slovak language with a name of distributor, warnings and code is attached to the packing, too.
