The product poses a chemical risk because:- the valve contains 14,9 % by weight of DEHP and 0,2 % by weight of DBP, - the yellow plastic foil with printing contains 0,34% by weight of DEHP and 12,9 % by weight of DINP, - the green plastic foil with printing contains 13,5% by weight of DEHP and 0,74 % by weight of DINP. According to Directive 2005/84/EC phthalates shall not be used in the toys and the products designed for a care for a child in concentration higher than of 0,1 % by weight. The product poses a serious risk for the health of a child.

Product description
Toy- an inflatable swim ring in a shape of turtle made from a softened PVC. The bottom is orange, the top- yellow, orange, blue. Head, tail and legs are green, packed in a PVC bag with a sticker containing a name of the product and distributor from the Czech Republic.
