The product poses a risk of fire because:- the tea lights can set light to the baubles when the Christmas tree is in use,- the baubles are highly flammable,- the maximum temperature of the surface likely to be touched is 80°C, with the maximum limit being 65°C,- some of the baubles may melt and others may become discoloured. During tests, the baubles were ignited deliberately, they ignited after: gold: 19 seconds, red: 5 seconds, silver: 20 seconds, and burnt rapidly with flame heights which reached 110 mm. Three incidents reported.
