The product poses a risk of burns and fire because the design of the lighters makes them attractive to children, particularly those under the age of 51 months, who might mistake them for toys, and inappropriate use by children could lead to the risk of burns and fire. In addition, the products failed to conform to the requirements of the EN ISO 9994 “Resistant to high temperature”, since 4 samples from 5 that were tested were found to be empty after the test.
