The product poses a risk of strangulation and suffocation because: - the cords have three-dimensional embellishments and are not secured to prevent fraying, - the toggles are used on the garment when the ends are free, - it has fixed loops which protrude from the coat that are more than 75 mm, - the drawstrings have free ends, - the functional cords protrude 210 mm at the back and 240mm at the front (maximum allowed is 75mm), - functional cords are protruding from the back. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 14682.

Product description
Children’s winter coat for ages 7–14 years. Available in white or silver. Puffed design with high neck. Features four functional cords within the neck area, fastened with knots and toggles, measuring 250mm at the front and 210mm at the back of the jacket. Belt at the waist fastens through loops and a metal clasp. Fixed cords with irremovable toggles on the pockets measuring over 180mm. Cords are a silver material and are not sealed at the end. Labelled ELSY Junior.
