The product poses a risk of injuries because: - the compression springs are accessible when the gap between two consecutive turns exceeds 3 mm at rest and can be affected by a force of 40 N or more during play, - the direct pedal drive wheel has holes bigger than 5 mm, - the space between the wheels and the frame are not adequate, - stickers separated during the tensile test fit into the small parts cylinder. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.
