The product poses a risk of electric shock because: - metal parts, which are accessible when the lamp is mounted and could become live, are not properly earthed,- sharp edges protrude into cableways and could cause damage to the insulation of the cables,- the input cable connector is mounted in an extremely tight space with the consequent danger of input cable disconnection and shorting to the metal body. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
