The product poses a risk of electric shock because: - live parts of the lamp socket can be touched when changing the bulb, - the lampholder lacks protection against touching the live lamp socket, - the cord strain relief device is not firmly attached to the lamp. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standards EN 60598 and EN 60238.
