The product poses: - a risk of damage to hearing because the sound produced by the toy exceeds the 80 dB permitted for toys to be held close to the ear, - a chemical risk because of the transparent material of the plastic case and because the pink flower on the case contains di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), which is banned in toys and childcare articles. The product does not comply with the Chemical Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC, the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.
