The engine's wiring harness may be incorrectly routed, and could be damaged if it comes into contact with the shift plate mounting. Damage to the wiring harness could produce a short circuit which could create a source of ignition during operation of the engine. Does not comply with the Recreational Craft Directive 2003/44/EC.
