The product poses a risk of choking because it consists of a small whistle which fits entirely into the small part cylinder. According to the standard EN 71 mouth-actuated toys or removable mouthpieces of mouth-actuated toys shall not fit entirely into the small part cylinder, regardless the age of the child. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.
