GEOMAG · Magnetic toys - "GEOMAG magnetic world The Original"
The product poses a risk of injuries because the warning is incomplete and not clearly visible. Magnets found by young children can be swallowed or aspirated. If more than one magnet is swallowed, the magnets can attract each other and cause injury to the digestive tract. The product does not comply with the Commission Decision 2008/329/EC requiring Member States to ensure that magnetic toys placed or made available on the market display a warning about the health and safety risks they pose. Incidents have been reported.
