The product poses a chemical risk due to the presence of 0.78 mg/kg of dimethylfumarate (DMF) in the footwear and 0.1 mg/kg in the sachet included in the packaging. Dimethylfumarate is a substance which is strongly sensitising on contact with the skin, and consumer products containing dimethylfumarate are banned according to Commission Decision 2009/251/EC.

White and pink shoes, packed in a cardboard box bearing the words “Kike Kids”. On the box there is a label showing the article number, colour, size and barcode. There is a mould-proof sachet in the box of the shoes with information “SILICA GEL. DO NOT EAT. THROW AWAY DESICCANT”.
