The product poses: - a chemical risk because the plastic material contains 0.38% di-“isononyl” phthalate (DINP) by weight. According to the Chemical Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC, certain phthalates in toys are prohibited, - a risk of choking because the plastic fastening of the net is a small part which might pose a risk of choking. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 71 and the Toys Directive.
