The product poses a risk of injuries because:- when applying the required load, the steering tube bends and thus the user can lose control,- the diameter of the wheels is 20 mm smaller than required, consequently they can easily get entrapped on an uneven surface,- the ends of the handles have a diameter of 22 mm (minimum requirement: 40 mm) which may contribute to loss of control during normal use,- the space between the moving elements is capable of injuring or shearing fingers. Moreover certain metal parts have sharp edges and when the user lifts the scooter, injury may occur. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.
