The products pose a risk of electric shock because:- they have no cord retention mechanism and are not fitted with the terminals required for detachable single-pole switches for use with flexible cords;- there is no cord anchorage to prevent the conductors being subjected to mechanical stress, including twisting, when they are connected to the terminals; - the screws used to hold the face or cover plates in place are not captive. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standard EN 61058.
