EU Safety Gate · Report-2010-51
Dunnes Home – The bath shop · Cake slice novelty soaps
The product poses a risk of choking because the novelty soap consists of an imitation heart shape and two square pieces of chocolate and orange pieces that may be confused for a real piece of chocolate and fruit. All of the loose parts fit entirely into the small parts cylinder and therefore present a risk to consumer safety, in particular to children (choking, obstruction of digestive tract). The products do not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
