When the button for the electric liftgate is pressed and the key is still in the vehicle, all of the side doors are locked and cannot be opened. To unlock the doors, users have to enter the vehicle through the liftgate, increasing the risk of a injury. The product does not comply with the requirements laid down in the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
