Finger clearances in the grip area, as well as, the handle's clearance dimensions are inappropriate. A user might not place the fingers and hand properly on the product. The strength of the handle is appropriate. It could break while the product is in use. Consequently, the user might not properly hold or lose control or grip on the product, increasing the risk of cuts or injuries. Additionally, the hand guard and chain brake are defective. Consequently, in the event of a kickback or when losing control the product, the user could be unprotected and get injured. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Machinery Directive and the relevant European standard EN ISO 11681-1.
