EU Safety Gate · Report-2018-022
Campingaz · a) Camp Bistro XL and b) Camp Bistro XL Stopgaz
The portable gas stove may overheat because the safety device does not prevent further heating of the gas cartridges by pans, pots or griddles after the gas supply is cut off. Due to possible overheating and a resulting increase in pressure, the gas canister may explode and the released gas may ignite, leading to burns. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Gas Appliance Directive.
