The bulbs in the lampholders may be easily rotated and the lampholder contacts are not reliably secured against displacement. If there is a short circuit in the rotated bulbs, the lights can overheat. The live lampholder contacts can become accessible and the user can receive an electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
