When the stoppers of the valves are not correctly closed, the swim ring loses too much air (up to 55%) and buoyancy is not guaranteed leading to a risk of drowning. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Personal Protective Equipment directive and the relevant European standard EN 13138-1.
