The air rifle has an inappropriate construction that can result in unintentional shooting without pulling the trigger if: - the cylinder is/becomes empty and the air rifle is still loaded with pellets;- the user releases the safety button of the air rifle;- the user shoots the rifle when the air cylinder is empty;- and, in this condition, if the user fills the cylinder with compressed air from a diver's bottle. One accident reported.
