The retraction force of the cord attached to the toy is too high. A small child may wrap the cord around its finger, which may be trapped and get injured. Furthermore, the fibrous stuffing material of the toy is easily accessible due to the weakness of certain seams. A small child may put the stuffing material in the mouth and choke on it. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
