The electrical insulation is inadequate and the clearance and creepage distances between the primary and accessible secondary circuits are not sufficient. Additionally, the product is not earthed. Consequently, the user could receive an electric shock from accessible live parts. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standards EN 60950, EN 62040 and EN 62368.
