An isolated error of the system software has been identified in the operation of the OBD system. This may lead to Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) emissions above the regulatory limits. Excessive NOx emissions pose a risk to the environment. The product does not comply with the requirements laid down in the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
