The fixing screws of the pillion passenger seat back may not be properly fitted, which can cause the seat back to break off, creating a risk of an accident. The seat back could also break if a passenger leans on it without holding onto the rider or the seat strap. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles.
