The electrical insulation is inadequate and the clearance/creepage distances between the primary and accessible secondary circuits are not sufficient. Hence, a user could receive an electric shock from accessible live parts. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standards EN 62368-1.
