The insulation of the control gear and the creepage distances between the primary and secondary circuits are not sufficient. Parts of the product can consequently become live, leading to an electric shock if touched by the user. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standards EN 60598 and EN 61347.
