The battery management system does not keep the Lithium-ion cell within the parameters for current, voltage and temperature as specified by the manufacturer and the cells lack a thermal control circuit. The battery can catch fire or explode when it is charged under too high or too low ambient temperature. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standards EN 60950-1 and EN 62133.
