Due to a manufacturing defect of the head protection airbags, the gas generator cover(s) may detach, allowing compressed gas to escape and the cover(s) to be catapulted into the vehicle, creating a risk of injury to the occupants. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
