The polycarbonate panel located between the windscreen and the panoramic sunroof may not have been bonded correctly to the vehicle. As a result, it can become detached from the vehicle and fall onto the road, potentially causing an accident. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of Motor Vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
