The tank strap may not have been screwed on with the required torque, causing the screw to loosen and the fuel tank to drop, possibly hitting the drive shaft. This could damage the tank and cause fuel leaks, increasing the risk of fire. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
