The fireworks may burst or release burning material too close to the ground, causing fire and/or burns and eye injuries to bystanders. Moreover, the product has duds with fuse, children can pick these up and ignite them causing injuries and/or burns. In addition, the sound pressure level is too high (measured values exceeding 120 dB). Consequently, it can cause damage to hearing. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947.
