The suction cup of the projectile can easily detach. If a child puts the projectile in the mouth in order to wet it before shooting, the suction cup can detach leaving the airways obstructed by it. The bottom edge of the solid yellow plastic part of the toy gun is uneven and with sharpness and can cause injuries. The product does not comply with the Toys Safety Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71-1
