The angle between the backrest and the horizontal surface of the swing is too small. As a consequence, with the backrest in the most reclined position, the swing may tilt close to the horizontal surface, causing the baby to hit its head. The locking mechanism on the product does not engage automatically. As a consequence, the product may fold and loose stability, causing the baby to fall down and hit its head and suffer injuries. The product does not comply with the requirements of the General Product Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 16232.
