The fuel hose may have been manufactured using a resin-based extrusion mandrel that was larger than design specification, thus it may have an improperly loose connection with the metal fuel hose connection pipe. As a result, fuel may leak at the joining point, increasing the risk of fire. The product does not comply with the requirements laid down in the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles
