The cradle side panels on the rear axle may be defective, which could result in the breakage of one of the two slots for the suspension wishbones on the side panel of the cradle. This could impair the wheel control and result in a loss of control over the vehicle, increasing the risk of an accident. The product does not meet the requirements set out in the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles
