The stripped back ends of the internal mains wiring are not terminated into the terminal blocks. If the testing box is opened whilst plugged into a mains power source, lengths of live metal conductor could be exposed. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
