The plastic material of the doll contains 2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP) and di-butyl phthalate (DBP) (measured value: 0.17% by weight). These phthalates may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to the reproductive system. It also contains di-isononyl phthalate (DINP) (measured value: 4.9 % by weight) and the migration of bisphenol A is too high (measured value: 0.157 mg/l). Bisphenol A is toxic for reproduction. According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP and DBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles while the phthalate DINP is prohibited in all toys and childcare articles articles which can be placed in the mouth by child. The product does not comply either with the requirements for chemicals of the Toy Safety Directive.
