Due to the design of the product, the cab may easily come loose, making the button batteries accessible, while the battery compartment remains intact. A child may put the button batteries in the mouth and ingest them, which may lead to choking if they enter the airways, or could cause injury to the gastrointestinal tract. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive.
