The plastic of the product in contact with skin contains an excessive amount of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), notably benzo(a)pyrene, benzo(a)anthracene and dibenzo(a,h)anthracene: (measured values: 20 mg/kg, 81.5 mg/kg and 2.3 mg/kg by weight respectively). These PAHs may cause cancer and are also mutagenic and toxic for reproduction. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation.
