The presence of holes in the panels may allow children to climb on the top of the fence and fall over the edge, leading to a risk of injury. Clothes or objects, especially those attached to cords, can be caught in protruding parts of the product, increasing the risk of strangulation. The battery cover of the music box in the playpen can easily detach. Small children may put the batteries in the mouth and choke.
